Federation of Lesotho Women Entrepreneurs(FLWE) is an organization that ensures that the entrepreneurial empowerment and skills development of women entrepreneurs in the country to operate economically viable and sustainable business enterprises is enhanced.

FLWE is committed to ensuring economic empowerment of all in Lesotho, in poverty alleviation and job creation. The main purpose being to grow the economy together with all the inhabitants of Lesotho. Facilitate all Women Entrepreneurs association into the mainstream Economic activities nationally, regionally and globally, as well as influencing relevant policy, legislation and implementation thereof.
